Return and Cancellation Policy

At Star Fandom India LLP , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and receive refunds, keeping in line with applicable Indian consumer laws.
You may request a return if you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that certain items such as innerwear, socks, customized merchandise, and products sold during clearance or final sales are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return, log in to your account on the app and navigate to the My Orders section. Select the product you wish to return, provide a valid reason, and upload supporting images if requested. Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it and arrange for a reverse pickup if eligible. In areas where reverse pickup service is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse, and in such cases, we will reimburse the courier charges up to a certain limit.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and passes our quality check. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or directly transferred to your bank account after successful verification. If required, we will reach out to collect your bank details securely.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend returning the product and placing a new order.
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped by going to the order details page in the app. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you can still initiate a return after the product is delivered.
Please note that all returned products undergo a quality check. If the product fails this inspection (for example, signs of use, missing tags, or damaged packaging), the return may be rejected and the item will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to decline returns from customers with excessive or suspicious return activity.

Return Eligibility
At Star Fandom India LLP, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may wish to return a product.To ensure a smooth and fair process, returns will only be accepted if certain eligibility criteria are met. A return can be requested if the item you received is damaged, defective, or not the item you originally ordered. We take full responsibility for such errors and aim to rectify them at the earliest.
In addition to being damaged or incorrect, the product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. This means the item should be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and it must be returned in its original condition. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return. The return request must be raised within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, return requests may not be entertained.
It is essential that the original tags, labels, barcodes, and packaging that came with the product remain intact and are included when returning the item. These elements help us verify the authenticity and condition of the product during the quality check process.
Please note that certain product categories are excluded from our general return policy for hygiene and customization reasons. Items such as innerwear, socks, personalized or customized merchandise, and those sold during clearance sales or marked as ‘final sale’ are non-returnable under normal circumstances. However, if any of these items are received in a damaged or defective state, we will review and process your return request accordingly.

Once you select the item, tap on the “Return” option and follow the guided steps. You will be asked to choose a reason for the return from a dropdown list. It’s important to provide an accurate reason, such as “Item is damaged,” “Wrong item received,” or “Item is defective.” In cases where the reason involves visible issues—like physical damage, incorrect product, or quality concerns—you may be prompted to upload clear photographs showing the condition of the item. These images help our team validate the return request quickly and efficiently.
After you submit the return request, our customer support team will review the information provided. If the return request meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a reverse pickup from your registered delivery address. Reverse pickup means our logistics partner will come to your doorstep to collect the product at a convenient time.
However, in certain remote or non-serviceable areas where reverse pickup is not available, you may be required to self-ship the item to our designated returns warehouse. In such cases, detailed instructions, including the return shipping address, will be provided through the app or email. We may also reimburse standard courier charges upon successful inspection of the product, subject to the submission of a valid courier receipt.

How to Initiate a Return
We’ve made the return process on Star Fandom India LLP simple and user-friendly so that you can quickly address any concerns with your order. If you wish to return a product, the first step is to open the app and go to the “My Orders” section. This section displays a complete list of all your recent purchases. Browse through your orders and select the specific item that you want to return.
Once you’ve selected the item, tap on the “Return” button to begin the return request process. You will be asked to choose a reason for the return from a list of predefined options. This could be anything from receiving a defective product, an incorrect item, size or fit issues, or damage during transit. In cases where the reason for return involves a visible issue—such as damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item—you may be prompted to upload one or more clear photographs to support your claim. These images are crucial in helping our quality team verify the issue and process your request faster.
After submitting the request with all the necessary details and images, our customer support and logistics team will review the information provided. If your return request meets the eligibility criteria and is approved, we will proceed to arrange a reverse pickup from your registered delivery address. This means a courier partner will visit your location to collect the product at a scheduled time, ensuring minimal effort on your part.
In certain cases where reverse pickup is not supported due to pin code limitations or remote delivery locations, we will notify you of the alternative. You may be requested to self-ship the product to our designated warehouse address. In such cases, instructions for packing, shipping, and claiming courier reimbursement (if applicable) will be shared with you separately.

Refund Process
At Star Fandom India LLP we aim to process refunds as quickly and efficiently as possible, keeping you informed at every step. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, it goes through a standard quality check to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria—namely, that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and includes all original tags and packaging. This verification process typically takes 1–2 business days after the item reaches our facility.
For prepaid orders, where the payment was made using a debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or any other digital mode, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method. Once the returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated, and you can expect the credited amount to reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, since no payment was made online at the time of purchase, the refund process differs slightly. Once your return is verified and approved, the refund will either be issued in the form of store credit (which can be used for future purchases on the app) or can be directly transferred to your bank account, based on your preference. If you choose a bank transfer, our customer support team will reach out to you via call or email to collect your bank account details securely. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate to avoid delays in processing the refund.
All refunds are processed with the utmost care and transparency, and we will keep you updated via SMS or email notifications throughout the process. In case of any delay or issue with your refund, our dedicated customer support team is always available to assist and resolve your concerns promptly.
Exchange Policy
At Star Fandom India LLP, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. While we understand that customers may occasionally wish to exchange a product—perhaps for a different size, colour, or style—we currently do not offer a direct exchange facility. This means we do not support swapping one item for another through a single transaction.
However, if you are not satisfied with the product you received or if you need a different variant, you are welcome to return the original item by following our standard return process, provided it meets our return eligibility criteria. Once your return is approved and the product has been received and verified at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund as per the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
After the refund is processed, you can proceed to place a fresh order for the item you would like to receive in exchange. This approach ensures better transparency, helps us maintain inventory accuracy, and gives you the flexibility to choose an alternative product at your convenience.
We are continuously working to enhance our services and may introduce a direct exchange option in the future. In the meantime, if you need help choosing the right replacement product or have any concerns, our customer support team is always ready to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
At Star Fandom India LLP we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. To make this process convenient, we allow customers to cancel their orders at any time before the order has been shipped. You can easily cancel an order by going to the “My Orders” section in the app, selecting the relevant order, and clicking on the “Cancel” option. If the cancellation request is received before the order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, it will be processed immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded as per our standard refund timelines.
However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it, as it is already in transit and on its way to you. In such cases, we recommend that you accept the delivery and then initiate a return request through the app after receiving the product, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria.
This policy helps us maintain smooth order processing and delivery timelines, ensuring you receive your purchases quickly and efficiently. If you have any urgent concerns regarding a cancellation, or if you accidentally placed an order, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team at the earliest, so they can try to assist you before the order is dispatched.
Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, the Customer CANNOT cancel the orders. However, return is possible for all orders/products.
Shipping & Delivery Policies
Star Fandom ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas, the products will be shipped through India Post/Local Carriers and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Star Fandom is not liable. We request our users to cooperate as Star Fandom continuously works to minimize such instances.
Also, Star Fandom reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

In such cases, no refund or store credit will be issued.
Additionally, we closely monitor return activity on all accounts to prevent misuse of our return policy. Customers who frequently initiate returns without valid reasons, or whose return patterns raise concerns about policy abuse, may face account-level actions. These actions could include restrictions on return eligibility, order cancellations, or in extreme cases, temporary or permanent suspension of the account. This is necessary to maintain fairness for all our customers and ensure the sustainability of our services.
